Meal Choices for Students with Food Allergies
Making meal choices that are right for you doesn't have to be difficult. Our trained staff has the knowledge of food preparation, handling and ingredients in the food we serve which are vital in food allergy management. Kimball Dining Hall provides meals that are safe from ingredients that affect the most commonly known allergies such as:

- Gluten
Nutritional Menu Information?
While you're exploring our menus, you'll have the opportunity to view nutritional information from our Nutritive Analysis feature on any item listed. This is accessible by going to Today's Menu and clicking on the Nutritive Analysis icon. This useful tool not only displays nutrition fact labels but additionally can create a report to total calories and nutrients together.
