Program Overview:
A college internship should be a dynamic opportunity to network, build transferable skills, explore career possibilities and gain real-world experience. Why spend your internship stuck behind a copier and grabbing coffee?
The Euro RSCG Rising Stars Internship Program is a combination of work and educational experience, designed to give our interns as many learning opportunities and as much ad industry exposure as possible. Euro RSCG interns work as active members of teams in all departments of our company, ranging from account management to creative, to learn the ins and outs of the advertising business. Lunch & Learn seminars and training sessions are offered weekly to enhance day to day activities, and our catch up sessions give our interns a chance to meet and greet with each other once a week to discuss their latest endeavors around the office.

Euro RSCG Interns have the opportunity to:
1. Earn real-world experience with a global leader in the industry

2. Build invaluable and transferable skills
Interns obtain and improve upon written and verbal communications, relationship forging, time management, detail orientation, problem solving, teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. These are skills that any future employer will find to be an asset, and are prominent in personal development.
3. Tap into educational opportunities
Weekly seminar sessions, dubbed "Lunch & Learns", are held with all the interns to serve as lessons and overviews of the different departments. Lunch & Learns are great crash courses featuring actual professionals and their insights. Software and research database trainings are also offered frequently to help participants hone in on these crucial skills.
4. Network and forge relationships
Interns are not only placed in a variety of exciting departments and matched with teams; interns are also paired with supervisors--professionals who mentor and guide our rising stars in their day to day activities while serving as a source for shadowing. Interns have numerous opportunities to meet agency leaders, attend meetings and make connections.
5. Participate
Our interns are worth more to us than just typical coffee-fetchers and xeroxers. Our interns get involved, sit in on meetings, and produce results.
This internship carries a stipend from the Holy Cross Leadership Council of New York
