Customer Service and Sales Intern

Collages.net seeks 2 college interns who are ready to learn how to provide pro-active customer service experience as part of our winning team. You will join our existing customer service team to help us service and grow our existing business.

You must be a quick learner, ready to solve customer service issues, and also comfortable making pro-active outbound calls to help increase the usage of our product. Our team is very hard-working, professional, and dedicated to our success. If you are a team player, conscientious, have excellent computer skills, communicate well and are very comfortable on the phone, then this is an incredible opportunity for a solid student who is “looking for a peek" into a very fast growing company. The skills you learn in this position will be excellent bullet points for your resume.

Responsibilities: Calling photographers, via phone, who have signed up for our service and need help incorporating our service into their studios. Giving demonstrations of our service that will lead to increased usage of our products and services. Taking inbound calls from our customers and potential customers to answer questions concerning our products and services. Communicating with our customers via email and collagesChat (a live chat program located on our web pages).

Location:  Langhorne, PA (Philadelphia area)

Compensation: Collages.net offers $10.00 per hour for this position.
