Summer Intern Program

The highly competitive Summer Intern Program at Condé Nast Publications offers talented students the opportunity to work alongside professionals in the business of media/magazine publishing over a nine-week period in our Editorial, Advertising, Online and Corporate departments. Each intern is assigned to either an editorial or business department at one of our magazines, a corporate area such as Consumer Marketing, or to CondéNet, our online group.  Those selected will contribute to our Company’s success through their support of department managers and involvement in business-related projects.

CNP offers an exciting, paid summer internship for college juniors.  Interns spend eight weeks in either the editorial or business department of one of the magazines, or in a corporate department such as Accounting and Finance, Market Research or Manufacturing and Distribution. Interns may also have the opportunity to be placed at one of the on-line sites at CondeNet, which include Epicurious, Concierge and Style.com.
 
Internship opportunities also exist in various corporate areas including: consumer marketing, business development, planning, and information technology.

Qualifications: Class of 2009 or 2010.  Available for the entirety of the program and available for a full-time schedule.  A demonstrated interest in media/publishing.

Ideal candidates possess a demonstrated interest in our business and relevant intern/work experience.  We value a strong academic record with solid written and verbal communication skills.  The demanding nature of our industry requires that interns be motivated, resourceful, and both detail- and deadline-oriented.
