These practice areas are the Complex and Commercial Litigation Practice and the Contingent Fee Practice.
The Intern will work in the Complex Litigation Practice/Toxic Tort Department:
- Become knowledgeable and proficient in the use of the Firm technology
- Scan documents to be filed electronically with the Court
- Proofread Answers to Complaints, Motions and Memoranda in support of Motions
- Filing
- Assist paralegals with document production/photocopying
- Provide overflow assistance to other project assistants/paralegals in group
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Class of 2009 or 2010. You must be admitted to the Summer Internship Program to apply for this position.
