Summer Intern
Founded in 1958, Carter is the Southeast's oldest and largest privately held full-service commercial real estate firm. For nearly 50 years Carter has developed a solid track record of meeting the needs of our varied clients through our core services portfolio that includes: Investments, Development, Transaction Services and Property and Facility Management.The intern will be based out of the Tampa, FL office and will work under the supervision of John Carter, Executive Vice President who is the parent of a Holy Cross student. Mr. Carter supervises and manages the operations of the Tampa office. He leads the company's efforts in identifying potential acquisitions, investment sales and new business opportunities in Tampa and throughout Florida.
The intern will be involved with the transaction side of the commercial real estate business and will receive a great deal of client exposure and market tours. The intern will be present on client calls and pitches and follow up on leads.

Qualifications: Class of 2009 or 2010
