Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA
Actuarial Intern
Program Description: The Actuarial Internship Program at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in pursuing an actuarial career the opportunity to spend their summer working on challenging projects in a professional environment. Each intern will be paired with an experienced actuarial associate who will serve as his or her supervisor throughout the internship. In the past, BCBSMA actuarial interns have worked in all areas of the actuarial department including pricing, reserving, product development, financial planning, provider contracting, and financial reporting on a variety of interesting assignments. In addition, interns have the opportunity to meet leaders from various functional areas throughout the company, and participate in training programs developed specifically to broaden their background in healthcare, finance and technology. BCBSMA actuarial interns receive a competitive wage for their participation in the program.

If you're looking for a challenging work environment, opportunities to continually develop your skills and at the same time be part of an organization that is dedicated to being an outstanding citizen and community leader, you've found the right place
