Business Affairs Intern

The intern will be the assistant to the Senior Director of Business Affairs.  The intern will work in a variety of areas during the 10 week period.
 
The intern will:

  • Assist the Senior Director with general administration.
  • Assist the Group Visits Coordinator with the handling of increased number of groups visiting the Ailey Extension during the summer.
  • Provide support for Customer Service Staff at the Extension Sign-in Desk.
  • Maintain Customer database: updating and entering client records.
  • Performing customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Return customer service-related phone calls.
  • Assist in rollout and handling of new summer camp program.
  • Assist Director of Studio Rentals and Theater Manager with basic financial reporting, customer service, theater management and administration.

Qualifications:  Class of 2010 or 2011.  You must be admitted to the Summer Internship Program to apply.
