Academic Van Requests
A twelve seat Academic Van is available through the Registrar's Office for use by Holy Cross faculty for trips related to courses or activities of academic departments and programs. The van includes a trailer hitch.
Only those Holy Cross students who have completed the safety course through Public Safety and are Van Certified are eligible to drive the van. Faculty members are not required to complete the course. Keys are picked up from the Registrar's Office during normal business hours and returned at the start of the next business day.
Please fill out the following two forms listed below and bring them to the Registrar's Office in Smith 235.
