Alumni, parents and friends provide essential support through Holy Cross FundEver since it was established nearly six decades ago, the Holy Cross Fund has been a vital part of the College, directly benefiting students and faculty. Contributions to the Fund have an enormous impact on the financial health of the College and provide essential funding for current and ongoing expenses, including financial aid, library books and periodicals, faculty resources, and maintenance of facilities. Colleges and universities across the country closely watch alumni participation levels in their annual giving programs. Only a handful of the nation’s best colleges reach 50% participation, and up until recently, Holy Cross was among that elite group. Last year, participation in the Holy Cross Fund was just over 48%, and this year the College aims to exceed 50%. The Holy Cross Fund closes June 30. A gift—of any size—will help ensure that Holy Cross’ commitment to academics, community, and the Jesuit tradition continues to flourish.
