If I am having trouble logging into R25, who do I call?
Call the ITS Helpdesk at extension 3548. The problem could be with the internet connection or the R25 server could be down.
Yes, contact Anne Barry, Training/Documentation Manager at extension 3867 to schedule training.
On one submission, can I specify the same meeting (subject, room, and time) for multiple dates?
You can request multiple dates on one submission IF you are not requesting food to be served, and the dates are all in the same semester. If you would like to have food served at the meetings, then the requests must be on separate submissions. To request multiple dates, enter the first start and end dates and times. Right below that, click on the radio button for Ad Hoc. Select the second date, and click Enter. Select the third date, click Enter. Repeat until all dates are entered.
How do I order food to be served at my meeting?
At the bottom of the request form, there is a free form field where you can enter Comments and Event Description. In this section, enter the information that you will need Dining Services for the meeting. Once your room is confirmed, call Dining Services to order your food.
How do I know if the room has been reserved for me?
You will receive a confirmation or a denial from the scheduler via email.
Why isn’t my event showing on the Master Calendar?
The scheduler hasn’t processed your request yet.
How can I check the status of my event?
From the WebViewer Event window, click the My Request link. Log into R25. At the top of the screen, you’ll see links to Pending and Approved. Click on the one that you wish to view.
