Directions to the Information Technology Services Department at Holy Cross

From the East / Boston:
Take Mass. Turnpike (I-90) West to Exit 11A which is I-495 North.
Proceed North to Exit for I-290 (less than 10 minutes) which goes West into Worcester.
Take I-290 West to Exit 11 (College Square).
You can see the campus on the left from the highway as you exit the highway. Proceed down ramp and under highway bearing left and the road merges into a one-way street. You will then have to merge and cross over to the right side of this street to go right just at the traffic light onto College Street. At the light, turn right up College Street. Follow the "On Campus" directions below.
From the North:
Take I-495 south to I-290. Follow directions "From the East" above. Follow the "On Campus" directions below.
From the West / New York State:
Take Mass. Turnpike (I-90) East to I-290 East to Exit 11 - College Square.
At the bottom of the exit cross over to the right-hand lane to make a right-hand turn onto College Street at the light. Follow the "On Campus" directions below.
From the South / Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York City:
Take Route 84 East to Mass. Turnpike (I-90) - follow directions for "From the West" above.
OR Take Route 95 North to Route 495 North - follow directions "From the East" above.
OR Take Route 95 North to Route 91 North to Route 84 East to Route 90 East (Mass. Turnpike) - follow directions "From the West" above.
And Follow the "On Campus" directions below.
Once On Campus:
You will enter the main gate (2nd set, double driveway) marked by a large Holy Cross sign. Please stop at the Public Safety House at the middle of the entrance road and ask for a location to park and directions to ITS located in Carol and Park B. Smith Hall.
Smith Hall is located at the center of the campus behind the Fenwick Hall and O'Kane building complex. These buildings are at the top of the driveway when you enter the 2nd gate. O'Kane Hall has a clock tower. Follow the sidewalk along the right side of O'Kane Hall. Once you are totally behind the building you will be in the center of a courtyard. Smith Hall is the building with the arched overpass connecting two building. The entrance to Smith Hall is under the arched overpass. The main ITS offices are on the 1st floor. The Help Desk is located in the Fenwick Building in Room B-21 in the lower level. We look forward to your visit.
