Training

An excellent resource available to Holy Cross is the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, Inc. (http://www.cowc.org).

The COWC Human Resources Training Committee has developed a series of workshops designed to enhance the skills of managers and supervisors.
The series are organized in two levels with participants attending seven workshops over the course of the series. Workshops focus on the acquisition and enhancement of practical skills. Upon completion of the series' workshops, participants are awarded a formal Certificate in Management.
