General Instructions for Using This Online Suggestion Box

Thank you for your willingness to share your ideas for helping Holy Cross.  All ideas for improving the College are welcomed.  We are especially interested in suggestions for reducing costs and eliminating waste.

Don't worry if you cannot provide all the information necessary to implement your idea at this time. All suggestions will be reviewed and evaluated equally.  However, the more information you can provide about your idea, the better it can be reviewed and acted upon.

Specific Online Suggestion Box Instructions

  • Please submit each suggestion you have on a separate form.
  • Avoid using abbreviations; spell out names, processes, and departmental terms.
  • Describe your basic idea.
  • Explain why your suggestion is important and what it will accomplish.

Confidentiality Option

At your option, employees may include their name.
