Allergy/Immunotherapy Form
Allergy injections may be administered to students who are already under the care of an outside physician. The allergy injections are administered by appointment only Monday through Friday, when a doctor is on site in the Health Services Department. Patients provide their own allergy extract and their allergist must complete the College of the Holy Cross immunotherapy form. Each student must wait at least thirty minutes after receiving the injection to check for a reaction.
It is a Health Services policy not to give any desensitization for insect stings which require venom.
