The College of the Holy Cross is a Massachusetts charitable corporation established by an Act of the Great and General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The official governance documents of the College are the By-laws of the Trustees of the College of the Holy Cross and the Statutes of the Faculty of the College of the Holy Cross.
