Hometown News Release
If you wish an announcement of your graduation to appear in your hometown newspaper(s), complete the supplied form and send it directly to your hometown newspaper(s) following Commencement.
Feel free to use the bottom part of the form for additional information, such as college activities, awards, sports, offices held or future plans.
- News releases can be downloaded as:
- Print and send the finished release to the news desk of your local newspaper - or email it, if the newspaper prefers to receive items that way.
- You may also want to include a photo of the graduate; if you do so by mail, remember to write his or her name on the back of it, if you send the image electronically, include the graduate's name in the file name.
