Traffic note: Please be aware that I-290 in Worcester is undergoing heavy construction. If you will be traveling on I-290 during Commencement weekend, you should expect delays. Due to the large number of guests expected in Worcester, we ask that you please plan accordingly.

Commencement Exercises
There is no limit to the number of people who may attend the Commencement Exercises on Fitton Field.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Hart Center Basketball Arena and, due to limited seating, each senior is restricted to 5 tickets for guests. The tickets will be distributed to seniors through their campus post office boxes on the Wednesday prior to graduation.
Additional guests are invited to view the graduation on closed-circuit broadcast in the Hart Center Hockey Arena. Tickets are not required for admission to the Hockey Arena.

Please note: Dinner is not provided on campus on Thursday evening.
Accommodations on Campus
A limited number of double occupancy rooms in traditional-style residence halls with common bathrooms are available on campus for guests of seniors. Each room has two single beds and will be supplied with blankets, sheets, pillows, bath towels, soap and glasses (rooms are not air conditioned).
Check-in begins on Thursday, May 22, at 11 AM and check-out by 8 PM on Friday, May 23.
If you would like to request an on-campus room, please indicate so on the Commencement Reservations Form, which is available online.
Special Needs Arrangements
Public Safety will assist in arranging parking and access to Commencement exercises for guests who use a wheelchair, who have disabled parking placards/license plates, or who have other special needs. Please call 508-793-2224 for assistance and information.
Please also allow sufficient time to navigate increased pedestrian and vehicle traffic on campus, especially when dropping off guests at entrances to the football stadium.
For additional information on the location of handicapped accessible entrances to buildings, elevators, ramps, and restrooms, please view the handicap parking map.
Important notes: Guests using wheelchairs should enter at Gate A (just past the baseball field), and will be directed to designated area on the football field. Two companions can also be accommodated in this area. Guests who do not use wheelchairs but need handicapped access to the football stadium should enter on Fitton Avenue.
