Executive Leadership Workshop

The Executive Leadership Workshop is an intensive one-week immersion in understanding what business is: how to start a business, take it to the next level, and sustain its momentum. Students get real-life business experience through business simulations, case studies, team projects and presentations. Taking place over spring break, the rigorous program — conducted entirely by Holy Cross alumni executives from various fields — is available to up to 35 students on an application-acceptance basis, and is free of charge.

The workshop is designed for any student contemplating a career in business, but who may be unsure if it’s the right choice. Working directly with successful corporate executives, the workshop is an ideal way to learn first-hand about business career possibilities.

The Executive Leadership Workshop offers many benefits, including:
