College Committees on Technology

• Information Technology Policy Committee (ITPC) - Advises on policy matters related to use of computers and networks, including acceptable/ethical use policies, intellectual property policies, and access/security policies.

• College IT Architecture and Standards Advisory Group (CITASAC) - Advises on matters of IT Architecture and standards related to network infrastructure, security, Web services, decision support systems; recommends priorities for implementation projects and upgrades.

• Educational Technology Academic Group (ETAG) - Advises on matters related to educational technology; recommends programmatic educational technology strategies and initiatives for the College; solicits input from faculty to understand educational technology requirements and to track levels of service, issues, and concerns. Membership includes VP Academic Affairs, Director of the Library, Director of ITS, Assistant Director of ITS User Services and 5 faculty members.

• Educational Technology Support Group (ETSG) - Also advises on matters related to educational technology; facilitates communication between ALL departments who support its development and use; examines issues related to improving technical support of faculty using technology in the classroom. Membership includes ITS, Audio-Visual, and Ed Tech personnel.
