During the summer of 1997 O'Kane B37, The Pit as we affectionately call it, received major renovations.   The old stage floor was removed providing a new floor 3 feet lower.   New seating was added incorporating the existing last three rows of the old seating area, with handicapped access, and a new section on the front side of O'Kane.

   The new configuration gives us an open floor area roughly 32 feet by 35 feet.   A new lighting grid along with a new 36 dimmer computer lighting system gives us a very flexible class and performance venue. 

    Below are a series of photos taken in May just after the Pit was cleared out in preparation for the work to begin and similar, but computer generated, pictures created by Bill Rynders of what it will look like after remodeling.
