Students may contact faculty and foreign langauge assistants for additional help with the course materials and/or technology via e-mail or during office hours. Please contact the person who is best qualified to answer your particular concerns. Students can expect a response to their e-mail within 24-48 hours, Monday to Thursday. E-mails received on Friday will be answered the following Monday.

Program Administrators: The program administrators are available to help you with your questions about computer technology and the administrative aspects of the program (e.g., test and practicum schedules).

Faculty: Spanish faculty are available to help you with questions related to the content of the course (e.g., grammar and vocabulary).

Foreign Language Assistants (FLAs): FLAs lead the practicum or tutorial sessions in which students have the opportunity to drill and practice structures as well as converse and become familiar with Hispanic culture. As a courtesy, you should contact him/her when you will be absent.
