is best qualified to answer your particular concerns. Students
can expect a response to their e-mail within 24-48 hours, Monday to
Thursday. E-mails received on Friday will be answered the following
Monday.

Foreign
Language Assistants (FLAs): FLAs lead the practicum or tutorial
sessions in which students have the opportunity to drill and practice
