1. According to Freeman, how are production, consumption, and identity linked in transnational capitalism? How do individuals experience these links?
2. How are production, and consumption gendered? How do Barbadian pink collar workers differ from Malaysian electronics workers? Why are these differences significant?
3. How do work and motherhood relate to each other in the lives of the informatics workers? How does Freeman's analysis compare to that of Engels or Boserup?
