the birth of their son, John Andrew, on Sept. 12. John L.
Kenna has been appointed district deputy, Massachusetts State
Council, of the Knights of Columbus. Patricia M. Tricia Gallivan
McNamara, who is in her sixth year teaching third-, fourth-
and fifth-grade students at an elementary school in Needham,
Mass., is the head basketball coach at Mt. Alvernia High
School in Newton, Mass., and the head volleyball coach at
Norwood (Mass.) High School. Last fall, McNamara was inducted
into the Dedham (Mass.) Hall of Fame in honor of her high
school sports achievements. Primary Care Affiliates, a physician
group practice associated with Brockton (Mass.) Hospital,
recently announced that Paul J. Pettinato, M.D., has joined
the practice group in its Bridgewater (Mass.) office. Lt.
Matthew R. Pothier, USN, who is now stationed at NAS Oceana
in Virginia (Va.) Beach, is serving as a CAG paddles in
charge of landing all aircraft on a carrier for CVW-8,
prior to embarking on sea duty aboard the USS Roosevelt.
Pothier also continues to fly the F/A-18 Hornet. Jonathan
N. Santelli, who attended St. Johns University School
of Law, is a corporate lawyer for Merrill Lynch, specializing
in mergers and acquisitions. Jean Donnelly Schnorr and her
husband, Peter, announce the birth of their daughter, Claire
