Landscape Management magazine recently named Holy Cross
one of the nation’s “20 leading grounds organizations.” Noting
that, “These grounds … inspire awe in those in
and out of the Green Industry,” the article mentions
that, to aerate the grounds, “the 15 crew members under
Grounds Superintendent James Long wear football spikes while
mowing the 300,000 square feet of banks.”
