In November, the theatre department presented Liolà by
Luigi Pirandello. Directed by Ed Isser, associate professor
of theatre, the play is a romantic comedy about life in a
small Sicilian village at the turn of the last century. Until
the Holy Cross production, it had never been performed professionally
in the United States. The production was part of the College’s
celebration of Italian Heritage Month.
