term on the St. John Township (Ind.) Advisory Board. He is

CFX Corp., based in Keene, N.H., has promoted Timothy
J. O'Malley to vice president of its newly organized
in-house investor services division. Kathleen M.
Randall, who has been promoted to division manager
and head of the National Real Estate Lending Group by Fleet
Financial Group, Boston, supervises a team of national lenders
responsible for the production of new loans and oversees
a portfolio comprised of construction and interim loans.

the birth of their daughter, Lauren Elisabeth, on Oct.

Larry, announce the birth of their daughter, Rebecca Sienna,
on April 21, 1997. Andrea is a nurse practitioner at Boston
University. Kenneth P. Singleton was appointed
general counsel of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. in New

Benjamin Christian, on March 25, 1997. Richard has joined
Prudential Insurance as a business analyst in its investment
division. Lt. Cmdr. Kristen Ten Eyck Iaquinto, USN, a
commander in chief (CINC) support officer at the Defense
Information Systems Agency in Arlington, Va., provides communication
support to the CINC United States Atlantic Command and to
CINC Europe. Mary P. Tranter is science

a cardiology fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore,

in Pennsylvania. Carolyn Burke Martindale, who
completed the master of science nursing degree, Adult Acute
Care Nurse Practitioner Program at Vanderbilt University
in Nashville, Tenn., passed the national certification exam
for Acute Care Nurse Practitioners. She is currently employed
at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta as the lung transplant
coordinator. Deirdre (Driscoll) and Robert
S. Michalski announce the birth of their daughter,
Meghan Ann, on Oct. 2. Deirdre is working as a physician
assistant in emergency medicine at the Faulkner Hospital
and Bob is product manager with Reebok International Ltd. Elizabeth
