- The Holy Cross Club of Hartford was out
to support the men’s ice hockey team in January
when they traveled to Hartford to take on Trinity College.
The Crusaders pulled out a 3-2 victory. After the game,
over 30 people attended a pizza party sponsored by the
alumni club. The game and the party were enjoyed by all!
- Special thanks to Edward T. Keating ’47, who recently
retired as president of the Southern California Alumni
Club. He came on board in 1978, at which time he and
his wife, Patricia, began hosting the annual alumni
reception
for the club. His loyalty and dedication to Holy Cross
have been invaluable to the existence of the club.
- The Holy Cross Club of Greater Boston held a young alumni
event at The Grand Canal in Boston on Thursday, March
5. Over 70 recent graduates from the classes
of 1987-97 stopped by the bar after work to meet up with friends. Faces spotted
in the crowd included Denise Gaudet ’94, Tim George ’90, Brian Magner ’95,
Kevin Malley ’92, Regina McDonough ’89, Brian Oates ’93, Brian
O’Connor ’97, and Jay Siegrist ’96. Special thanks to Kristen
McCue ’90 who helped organize the night. More events like this are being
planned for the near future. Watch for announcements in the mail
