The College Admissions Viewbook has won a “Gold” award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in its District 1 Publications Awards competition for 2004. The North Atlantic District 1 encompasses colleges and universities throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador.

“Our new Viewbook is the culmination of an intensive process that began two years ago to update and repackage our distinctive Holy Cross story to prospective students and their parents,” says Ann McDermott ’79, director of Admissions.

Kathy McNamara ’81 and Richard Phelps of the College’s Public Affairs Office oversaw the redesign and production process, which included several other Admissions recruitment pieces. The design was created by Philographica, Inc., of Brookline, Mass., with copywriting by Susan Geib of Written Work and photography by Ken Schles.
