Mary Ann Rettig-Zucchi, ‘76

Zucchi Mary Ann Rettig-Zucchi is a Principal Consultant with Jupiter Consulting Group LLC, a firm she and Moira Garvey (HC ’78) co-founded with a group of experienced organizational development professionals across the US and in the UK. Their mission is “adding life back into work” by leveraging the strengths of teams and leaders to get business results. Mary Ann has consulted across a broad range of industries in the United States and abroad, working with diverse groups in the telecommunications, financial services, biotech, health care, high tech, utility, publishing, food, and retail industries.

A 1976 graduate of Holy Cross, Mary Ann was in the first group of women to enroll at the College. Following a stint with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in the Northwest, she earned her Masters in Adult Education and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley. While she lives in Oakland, CA, Mary Ann manages to maintain close links to Holy Cross through her involvement in the Alumni Admissions Program and Alumni Career Network, contributing to Pre-Business development programs including the inaugural Summer Business Program and by paying tuition for her daughter Claire ‘08.
