Quinlan Mary Donahue Quinlan is currently the Advertising Director of Cosmopolitan Magazine. In this role she works with Cosmo's national sales and marketing team to sell advertising packages that totaled nearly $400 Million this year. She has held sales management positions for over 20 years with several publications including The Wall Street Journal, Family Circle and Conde Nast Publications. Mary's mantra is: "Clients will always find money for a killer idea”. She began her career in media at a major advertising agency.

Mary was in the first class of women at Holy Cross, and is quite proud of this accomplishment. She has been involved with Holy Cross since the day she graduated becoming the first woman to serve as President of the Holy Cross Club of New York, and the first female Chair of the Holy Cross Leadership Council of New York. Mary also serves on the board of the Ignatian Volunteer Corp of New York. She lives in Montclair, NJ with her husband Michael Quinlan, and their children Maggie Rose and Matthew.
