Jane Peterson, '81
Jane Peterson, SVP, is Simsbury Branch Manager with responsibility for Underwriting, Administration, and Marketing of CSI Wholesale business as well as the Underwriting Service Branch.
Jane began her career with Chubb in1984 as a claims adjuster in the Boston branch. In 1989 she joined DFI as an underwriter and soon after became the Boston DFI Manager. She later moved to Chicago to become the DFI Northern Zone Manager. In 2000 she relocated to Simsbury and has held various positions in CSI Wholesale. She assumed her present role as CSI Wholesale Manager in 2002 and was named Simsbury Branch Manager in 2005.
Jane is on the board of directors for the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, and she has served as a board member for the Hartford Chapter of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). She graduated from College of the Holy Cross with a BA in English. She resides in Canton, Conn., with her husband and three children.
