 A native of Rhode Island, Cara is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. She started with GE in the Financial Management Program (FMP), with Commercial Finance, in July 2003. Throughout the program, she held various roles in Corporate Finance, Vendor Financial Services, and Commercial Finance Corporate HQ.
Upon graduating from FMP, Cara moved to Fairfield assuming the role of Global FMP Program Manager in GE Corporate. She managed the Program of ~700 FMPs world-wide, having responsibility for recruiting, program management, curriculum, and off program placement.
In November 2006, Cara moved into an HR Manager role in Corporate Human Resources team supporting the Corporate Tax and North America Life & Health Organizations.
