Application Instructions

All workshop applications must be submitted via email to Prebusiness Faculty Advisor David Chu (dchu@holycross.edu) by Friday, Nov. 9, 2007 at 5 p.m.

Your email application should include the following information:

• Name
• Major
• Graduation year
• Student ID number
• A statement from you indicating that you do or do not waive your right to access your letter of recommendation*

Include the following items as Word attachments to your email application:

• Succinct cover letter indicating your career interest and what you hope to gain from the workshop
• Resume
• Unofficial Holy Cross transcript (go to STAR, copy and paste transcript into Word or PDF). There is no minimum GPA required for this workshop. Transcript is for reference only.
  

* In addition to your application, one letter of recommendation should be emailed directly to Prof. David Chu (dchu@holycross.edu). The recommendation letter may come from a Holy Cross professor, work supervisor or other independent individual who can comment on your qualifications. Please indicate to your recommender whether you do or do not waive your right to review your recommendation letter.
