Andrea Borghini received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in the Spring of 2007, and his B.A. from the Università degli Studi di Firenze. His main research interests are metaphysics, especially particulars, properties, possibility, vagueness, persistence, and natural kinds. He is currently working on an introductory volume to the theories of possibility (in Italian); issues in the philosophy of food; and publishing some chapters of his dissertation.
