¡¡Hola, un saludo a todos desde México!!
My name is Carmen, although everybody in my family as well as my closest friends call me Pame. I study a master’s degree in Language Sciences at BUAP (Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla) and some of my interests are verbal interaction and language teaching. As for my likes, I have an eclectic taste in music, I love music; Coins -specially the ancient ones- call my attention too.
Puebla, where I live, is a beautiful city situated in the centre of Mexico (just two hours from Mexico City, three from Xalapa, and four from Oaxaca). The students from Holy Cross who have come here to study would agree this is a wonderful place to stay, a world of architecture, handicrafts, celebrations, and, of course, tasty food, so -whenever you have the opportunity- you are invited to come and visit.
About Holy Cross, I am really eager to meet all of you to share my experiences, interests and a piece of my country with you while I learn from yours. See you in Worcester!
