Policies
and Procedures - Scalia Electronic Classroom
- The primary use of the Scalia
Electronic Classroom is for educational purposes.
- When you arrive to use the room, please check out the key to the
electronic classroom from the main circulation desk of the Dinand
Library.
- All of the posted policies of
the Dinand Library will be enforced in the classroom. Although
drinks are permitted throughout the library in spill-proof containers,
drinks are not permitted in the classroom due to possible damage
to the equipment.
- Campus IT policies will be observed. For
details see:
- Specialized software may not be
installed on any of the computers without prior approval.
- Please do not alter or modify
the hardware or software on any of the computers in the classroom.
Users should not attempt to fix computer or printer problems.
- Unauthorized duplication of copyrighted
materials is illegal and punishable by a fine, and/or imprisonment.
- Please remove your work from the
computers before you leave (by saving to your network drive or to a
disk). Any data stored on the computers' hard drives after class
will be automatically deleted upon restart (by the Deep Freeze software)
- Report all software or hardware
