The Dinand Educational Technology Center encompasses the Scalia Electronic Classroom, faculty development lab, and the educational technology office. The mission of the center is to promote student learning by providing faculty, librarians, and academic instructional staff with access to a well-supported electronic classroom and a developmental laboratory for experimentation and research on current and emerging technologies. 

Location & Scheduling

The Dinand Educational Technology Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Dinand Library (across from Inter-Library Loan). The Scalia Electronic Classroom may be reserved by faculty and instructional staff for adjunct classroom sessions requiring computer resources. Departmental secretaries are responsible for reserving the Scalia Electronic Classroom for faculty and staff via the Master Calendar of Events. With the increasing popularity of the classroom, advance notice is advised.
