Carlin Hall

This is
a photograph of Carlin Hall, named after Rev. James J. Carlin, S.J.,
born in 1872 and died in 1930. Rev. Carlin served as the seventeenth
president of the College from 1918 until 1924. Carlin Hall, opened
in September 1922, was originally named Loyola Hall. The trustees
of the College voted to change the name in honor of Rev. Carlin
on October 21st, 1941. The building contains classrooms and students'
rooms.
