Reserving
the Scalia Electronic Classroom
How to schedule the classroom:
- The Scalia Electronic Classroom
may be reserved by faculty, librarians or academic instructional staff
for group instruction requiring computer resources
- Due to the limited availability of electronic classrooms on campus,
the room should be used as an adjunct classroom to
demonstrate and utilize electronic resources
- Check the availability of the
room by accessing the Master
Calendar of Events
- Search for the date and time
you are interested in reserving
- If the Scalia Electronic
Classroom is not listed then it is probably free
- If the room is available, contact
your department secretary and they will submit a request for a reservation.
- When you arrive to use the classroom,
check out the key to the electronic classroom from the main circulation
desk of the Dinand library.
Scheduling
an event with Food or Drink
Since food and drink is not allowed
in the Scalia Electronic Classroom, the Dinand Faculty Room which is across
the hall can be scheduled for lunch or refreshments. The faculty room
can be scheduled through the Master
Calendar of Events as well. Under the heading Space Preferences,
select "specific space" and choose from the list.
