Policies and Procedures - Scalia Electronic Classroom
  • The primary use of the Scalia Electronic Classroom is for educational purposes. 
  • When you arrive to use the room, please check out the key to the electronic classroom from the main circulation desk of the Dinand Library. 
  • All of the posted policies of the Dinand Library will be enforced in the classroom.  Although drinks are permitted throughout the library in spill-proof containers, drinks are not permitted in the classroom due to possible damage to the equipment. 
  • Campus IT policies will be observed. For details see:
  • Specialized software may not be installed on any of the computers without prior approval. 
  • Please do not alter or modify the hardware or software on any of the computers in the classroom.  Users should not attempt to fix computer or printer problems. 
  • Unauthorized duplication of copyrighted materials is illegal and punishable by a fine, and/or imprisonment. 
  • Please remove your work from the computers before you leave (by saving to your network drive or to a disk). Any data stored on the computers' hard drives after class will be automatically deleted upon restart (by the Deep Freeze software)
  • Report all software or hardware problems to Mary Morrisard-Larkin, x 3796
  • Need software installed that is not currently available, please contact Rich Lent, x2576
