When a
divisional representative vacates a seat on the Committee
on Tenure and Promotion, that eligible divisional nominee
with the highest number of votes in the most recent election
of divisional representatives shall occupy the vacant seat
for the period of the vacancy. When no such eligible nominee
exists, the Committee on Nominations and Elections shall operate
the nomination and election procedures of Section b to fill
the vacant slot.
