They are copyrighted!! and my brother is a very good lawyer (seriously).

Commercial use is defined as any for-profit endeavor exclusive of reasonable charges for copying or printing only.

The files are intended to be either used as is or modified for other courses provided that they are freely available and that a satisfactory arrangement for credit is worked out between the author of these materials (KN Prestwich) and the person revising them. This statement is in no way meant to discourage anyone from using them in teaching or from modifying them, it is only meant to be certain that normal scholarly courtesies are followed.
