| Admission
Admission into the Biochemistry Concentration is
competitive and takes place early in the spring semester of the second
year. The concentration is limited to ten students each year.
The application consists of a written statement by the student, a copy
of the studentĚs transcript, and recommendations from faculty members in
math, physics, biology, or chemistry.
A GPA of 3.0 in all math and science courses is necessary
for a student to be admitted and to remain in the concentration.
