Crusader
OneCard
The
Crusader OneCard is your Holy Cross ID. It looks
like an ordinary ID, but it's much more than
that! Your OneCard allows you to access your
residence hall, your meal plan, and your Crusader
Express account. And the OneCard is your library
card. It is also your official Holy Cross identification
and it should be carried with you whenever you
are on campus.
On
the front of your OneCard are your name and
photo, an assigned Holy Cross number and the
card number. On the back of your OneCard are
a magnetic stripe and a toll-free number. The
stripe allows access to your residence hall,
your meal plan and your Crusader Express account.
The toll-free number connects you with AT&T,
and allows students to make calls just like
other calling cards plus your discounted OneCard
phone charges will appear on your Holy Cross
resident's phone bill.

How
does the OneCard work?
The
Crusader Express/Access Stripe: In addition
to serving as access to your residence hall,
the Crusader Express/Access Stripe works like
a debit card - you can deposit money in your
Crusader Express account and use it to buy books,
snacks or necessities. As you use your Crusader
Express account, the amount decreases automatically.
See the separate page for instructions on using
the Crusader Express account.

for a lost or damaged card. If your card malfunctions,
it will be replaced free of charge.
If
you lose your card, report it to Public Safety
right away to protect your Crusader Express
account and access privileges. Public Safety

fold, or wash your card. Don't leave your card
on the radiator or in direct sunlight and keep
it away from magnetic fields, (like ATM cards,
credit cards or magnetic science projects).
