Resume Referral Program

The Resume Referral Program  is available for employers who are unable to visit the campus to interview but wish to recruit Holy Cross students.  Specific position descriptions may be forwarded to the Career Planning Office, along with information on desired qualifications, major and G.P.A. restrictions, anticipated start date and application materials desired (i.e. cover letter, resume and/or unofficial transcripts).  eRecruiting, a a student/employer interactive database, is used by the Center to post specific positions. Employers may then schedule onsite interviews through individual follow-up with candidates.

Students are required to attend two workshops prior to being eligible to participate in our On-campus Recruiting or resume Referral Programs. These workshops, "Orientation to Senior Services" and "Interview Skills," prepare them to perform a job search and to interview effectively. We also provide optional workshops that prepare students in the areas of resume and cover letter writing.
