Summer housing for 2017 is located in Williams Hall. Each student is assigned to an air-conditioned 4-person apartment. Apartments are furnished and equipped with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, oven, stove top, and dishwasher. Summer housing is limited but is currently still available. Move-in for Summer Housing is 9AM-4PM on Sunday, June 4th. Students arriving after 4PM on June 4th will need to contact the Summer RA staff by calling the phone number posted on the staff office located at the entrance of Williams Hall. Students arriving after Sunday, June 4th should contact summer staff to coordinate their check-in by e-mailing email@example.com
Summer Housing Rates
Summer housing for 2017 is $145/week for the 8 week period of June 4th-July 29th.
Summer housing is billed to the student's account twice during the summer, once during the middle of summer and again at the end of the summer housing period. Students not employed by the College during the summer must submit a $500 deposit to the Bursar's Office no later than Friday, June 9th or be required to vacate their summer assignment. Students are responsible for paying the full balance of the summer housing bill before the start of the fall semester. Students working on campus may choose to authorize a payroll deduction in order to have the weekly housing rate deducted directly from the paycheck each pay period. The payroll deduction authorization is included in the summer housing request form.
Meal plans are not included in summer housing, but many dining locations on campus are open on a limited schedule: Dining Services Summer Hours
During the summer, students must park in the upper campus lots only. Student parking is not permitted in other lots or the parking garage. All students on campus during the summer most obtain a summer parking pass from the Department of Public Safety.
