Return Policy
Textbook return policy
Textbooks may be returned within 5 business days of the date of purchase (on the cash register receipt) or date of add/drop with both the original cash register receipt and new, unmarked textbooks.
*Course packets, shrink wrapped packages and required software can only be returned unmarked, unopened with an ADD/DROP slip.
For information about the last day to return a textbook, contact the bookstore.
General book return policy
General trade books may be returned within 10 business days of the date of purchase with both the original cash register receipt and new, unmarked textbooks.
Merchandise return policy
Merchandise (clothing and gifts) may be returned within 60 business days of the date of purchase accompanied by both the original cash register receipt and the new, undamaged merchandise.
All refunds will be made based on method of payment
If your puchase was made with:
1. cash, you will receive a cash refund.
2. a credit card, a refund will be made to the same credit card.You must have the credit card with you at the time of refund.
3. a voucher, we will credit your account.
4. a Crusader Express Card, we will credit the account. You must have the card with you when the return is made.
5. a personal or Traveler's check, we will credit your Crusader Express Card.
Remember, no matter the circumstance, you must have your cash register receipt in order to return a book.
