Purchasing Computers Through Holy Cross
In partnership with Dell, Holy Cross is pleased to offer for sale three Dell laptop computers at reduced cost, discounted beyond the typical educational discount.
The three models are powerful systems, capable of handling the usage demands of a student’s four year college career.
Each system comes with Office 2007 Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), and is configured with virus protection and security settings to keep the system safe from malware, viruses, and other unwanted programs.
Included Support
Software: Each laptop comes pre-imaged for use at Holy Cross. If at any time a system presents technical problems that cannot be solved, it can be easily restored to its original state by Help Desk staff at Holy Cross.
Hardware: If the laptop becomes physically damaged, it can be brought to the Help Desk for repair. Most repairs are handled within one business day. For your convenience, the Help Desk will provide a loaner laptop until your system is restored.

By purchasing through Holly Cross Purchase Program with Dell, I hereby give my consent for release of my name and address as well as a description of the product(s) purchased to the Institution for the purpose(s) of Holy Cross Report Agreement. Bringing your own computer?
While we strongly encourage students to purchase systems via this program, Holy Cross will support computers that were purchased elsewhere. The support we can provide to such systems is somewhat limited. For example, we cannot provide reimaging for these computers. The majority of laptops and desktops purchased elsewhere or brought from home are compatible with the Holy Cross network. Please see ITS minimum requirements.
